Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the mobile game Arrow Tangle (“Arrow”, “the game”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Arrow is published by Nibblo Games, based in India, and is distributed on Google Play under the package name - com.abc.arrow.puzzle.taparrow.color.exit

The short version
- Arrow has no accounts. You cannot sign up, sign in, or create a profile.
- We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, files, or payment details, and the game contains no way to enter them.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device and is never uploaded.
- We collect anonymous crash reports and gameplay statistics so we can fix bugs and make the levels fairer.
- Arrow shows no advertising and contains no in-app purchases.
What we collect
Arrow uses two Google services — Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics — provided by Google LLC. Neither identifies you personally.

Arrow does not request location permission, and the game has no access to your device's GPS. Approximate location is inferred by Google from the network address your device connects from.
Stored only on your device
Your progress — levels cleared, stars earned, coins, power-ups and audio settings — is saved in a file on your device. It is never transmitted to us or anyone else. Uninstalling Arrow deletes it permanently, and we cannot recover it.
Never collected
Names · email addresses · phone numbers · postal addresses · payment or financial information · photos · videos · audio · contacts · calendar · messages · files · health data · precise location · browsing history outside the game.
How the information is used
Only to:
- Fix crashes and bugs.
- Understand which levels are too hard, too easy, or cause players to give up.
- Measure how many people play, and on which devices.
- Decide which devices to test and optimise for.
We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it. Arrow serves no ads.
Who else sees it
Google processes this data on our behalf as our service provider, under Google's own terms. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we share it with no one else — except where we are legally required to disclose it by a valid legal process.

How long it is kept
Crash reports are retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. Analytics event data is retained for up to 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically. Data on your own device stays until you delete it or uninstall the game.
Children
Arrow declared Google Play target audience is 13 and over, and the game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact uniqueclub.in@gmail.com and we will delete what we hold.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of analytics: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device, and switch on Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
- Delete everything: uninstalling Arrow removes all locally stored progress. To request deletion of anonymous analytics or crash data associated with your installation, email uniqueclub.in@gmail.com
- Access, correction, deletion or objection: depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the UK, the CCPA in California, or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act in India — you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information relating to you, or to object to its processing. Contact uniqueclub.in@gmail.com and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.
Because Arrow has no accounts and collects no identifiers that point to a person, we may be unable to locate data relating to a specific individual. Where that is the case we will tell you so plainly rather than act on a guess.
Security
Data sent from Arrow to Google's services is encrypted in transit using TLS. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but the game transmits no personal information, which is the strongest protection available.
International transfers
Google processes this data on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Google applies safeguards for such transfers as described in its privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change, and material changes will be reflected in the Google Play listing. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised policy.
